Then use a blade to thoroughly clean the window glass to remove any dirt such as glass glue. Pay attention to cleaning small corners.

Function: 1, reduce heat, reduce glare, increase comfort.

2, blocking UV helps prevent premature fading

3, heat insulation, reduce heating and cooling costs

4, add visual beauty or privacy

  1. Measuring window size takes the largest size

  2. Cleaning window

Spray water (plus 3-5 drops of detergent) onto the window to be filmed.

Then use a blade to thoroughly clean the window glass to remove any dirt such as glass glue. Pay attention to cleaning small corners.

Spray water (with appropriate detergent water) onto the surface of the glazing and then wipe down. Scrape off the dirt on the glass surface.

  3. Cutting film

Place the film in a clean, flat place. Generally, the film is 1-3 cm larger than the size of the window.

  4. Thoroughly wet window

Sufficient water spray (with appropriate detergent water) onto the surface of the glazing until there are drops of water running down.

  5. Remove the liner

Two sheets of scotch tape were attached to the top corners of the backing film and the base film, and then the scotch tape was separated and the film began to separate.

When you peel off the liner, fully spray water (plus proper detergent water) to the base film that exposes the adhesive side. This spray reduces static electricity and helps the window membrane separation process easier.

Note: It is best to remove more than two people from the oversized liner. Your helper will make the window film perpendicular to the ground. You separate the lining film from one corner, completely separate along the top edge, and then peel it off from top to bottom. After completely removing the lining film, fully spray water to the side of the film (note that the glass surface is dry, it is necessary Spray water again onto the glass surface).

  6. Film to window

To ensure that the surface of the window glass is wet, use a window film with a glue facing the wet glass. Align from the top of the window and let the window film gently stick to the glass. Carefully handle the corners of the window film to avoid wrinkles or creases.

  7. Carefully wipe the film

Spray (add water to the appropriate detergent) to lubricate the entire surface of the film. Gently wipe the water from the top to the side and start to wipe the water from left to right. Repeat the process and then scrape the water once

Helpful Tip - There are small blisters after the window film is installed. You can solve this by pushing the squeegee (the squeegee is preferably a soft cloth to avoid scratching the film) to the nearest window film edge. Generally, small blisters will disappear within a few days as the film dries.

  8. Trim the edge of the film

Use a sharp utility knife to trim the four edges around the window film.

  9. Finally scrape it again

This time, it is hard to imagine an invisible dividing line from the top down window. Starting at the top of the window, the squeegee goes from center to left and then back. Repeat this process.
